I know what it takes to grow from 6 to 7 figures because I have lived it. Starting from scratch, building a team of 25, and reaching 7 figures wasn't easy. There were mistakes, setback and moments when it all felt a lot harder than I had expected. But those experiences built the resilience and the perspective I now use to support others on the same path. Scaling isn't about working harder; it's about get the right foundations in place and then building a fantastic team who are aligned to your vision and motivated to achieve it,

I have over 30 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring people and have founded several businesses, one of which grew to £500K turnover within a year and reached an £8m turnover prior to exit.
I have learnt that it takes a balanced approach, providing realistic, grounded advice; encouraging my clients to develop confidence in themselves and their own ideas while giving them a clear structure and tools to support them.
It was a shaky start. I dropped out of university at 19, got a job in catering and started a career in hospitality. I was thrown in at the deep end, managing a team from a very young age.
I worked my socks off and went on to set up a very successful international business unit from scratch which I grew to $10m revenue, before going back to university to do an MBA full time, achieving a distinction for my dissertation with British Airways.
I then worked as a consultant before founding my first business. Alongside my businesses, I am a volunteer mentor for the Kings Trust supporting young people to start their first business.
Working in the travel industry gave me a front row seat to human behaviours. I experienced different cultures, expectations, communication styles and ways of thinking. I learned quickly that what motivates one person can be completely different for another; and that real connection comes from listening, adapting, and meeting people where they are. This became one of the most valuable foundations of my business journey.
Whether it’s leading a team, or working with clients; success always comes back to people. Understanding what drives them, what holds them back, and how to bring out their best. Travel gave me that lens early on. It taught me empathy, awareness, and how to build trust across different perspectives - skills that no textbook, classroom or AI could replicate. And it’s those same skills that underpin how I help business owners grow today.
